Henry helped me...my experience was outstanding from beginning to end. He did my estimate, and helped me make arrangements to get it in and taken care of while I was out of town. While I will out of town and my car was being taken care of, I was kept completely informed of the status of my repairs....

The cordination and information previous to the insurance company's approval was unaccurate, which resulted in a 2-week delay for the service. However, once I brought the car in the staff (especially your front desk employee) wer very helpful with the rental office and information. I liked the email status reports.
