Randy was always responsive and great to work with. So far only thing wrong is driver’s side auto lock and unlock is not quite right, but we know this is a Honda issue and we’ll contact them to repair/reprogram what ever it is that needs to be corrected.

Denis was, as always right on top of everything. In fact my history with this car, I love the car, don't get me wrong, but the world has thrown mis-haps at it. I'm pretty sure at this point the repairs at BMW of hudson valley total MORE than the purchase price of my CPO 528, I say this mainly to say, I've been a multiple repeat customer for service, over 30,000 I'm pretty sure. And Denis and Randi have been great – every time, and the repairs have been impeccable, and the support staff have been great as well, very good service which is obviously a estimate to the staff, and all of that is usually dependent on proper management style – thank you!
