There was a chip in the repaired door and the car reeks of cigarette smoke. The door was touched up but I’ve had waterway detail the truck twice and Bob Allen once and it still stinks. Bringing it back in to Bob Allen for another attempt at removing the odor.

They do great work. This was our third car at Bob Allen shop. (First two were hail damaged.). All have come out great.

I had a very lovely experience in the collision center. The work and craftsmanship were great and it was great that my car was ready in a week. The washed and vacuumed car was a very nice touch. Brian was really nice and professional and offered very good service. 10/10
