The overall process was very simple and smooth. The only snag was the time for the sensor calibration, but we were able to get it resolved. Car looks amazing! Good as new!

I called Devin to get my mirror repaired after I hit it parking in the garage. She was empathetic toward me and the damage I caused. She quickly got me in contact with Kevin who had Brian reach out. Brian Ellis was friendly to work with. He greeted me in the parking lot when I pulled up and was very accommodating even though I was 30 min early. After the repair he was very efficient in completing the paperwork and billing. Thank you all for giving me some solace for my stupid mistake!
