Until you all can get my truck fixed, I will comment on this survey afterwards. I still have an issue with the repairs. I have been back once already for and adjusted door issue and I had to return again today for another door issue. Unfortunately you were closed for the holidays.

I arrived at my agreed upon appointment time (9am) to drop of my vehicle. I waited Almost 20 mins for staff to find Brian. When they tracked him down he had no idea who I was or what the plan was for my car leading me to wait again while he figured it out. At 4 pm when I realized I left things in my car that I needed and my car was still sitting in the parking lot of the office building wasting a whole day of my time. Received a text mid way through that my car was on schedule…then a text that it was delayed, then that it was ready. Received this text at 3:30 leaving me not enough time to coordinate picking up my car.
