Repair was fine. Dirt and dust on door sills was not wiped off. Not a big deal, but a downer to be the first thing you see when opening door. Received my welcome e-mail, status update, notice of completion and confirmation text today at 7:00 for yesterday’s repair-obviously not helpful.

Declining with each time I am asked. This is the third time I have been asked and second response. My first response showed I was happy with the work done. Happy with communications from Brian and not happy with the dust and dirt on the door sills. Also, repeated and late electronic communications are annoying

It really depends on how the paint job on the hood is handled. Very good experience, but need to get the paint right.

Overall the truck looks good. The paint on the hood is a concern. There are several places where it looks like debris was in the hood and painted over. I would like to discuss this with someone.

Attempted scam and damage to my car, why would I recommend this?

I am actually quite mad as it looks like damage was done to my car to claim rodent damage when I know the damage wasn't there before I brought my car in. Insulation foam was torn off the back engine wall and sprinkled on my engine AFTER my car was brought in. It was not done by an animal as claimed as they wouldn't tear the foam and then sprinkle it on my engine as was done. The ignition. Coil was fixed and as my insurance covered it I can't understand the motive but none the less I know the damage wasnt there before I brought the car in. Can't believe I have to start taking photos of everything before I bring it in yet here we are.

I had a great experience with Bob Allen Ford! The service was excellent and handled very professionally by Brian Ellis, Everything was completed smoothly and in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the work done by the body shop as well. Overall, highly recommended! Being in an accident is dreadful, but Brian made this part of the experience pleasant! I appreciate the whole team!
