After getting my appraisal for my damage done, I was told they would order my parts right away. When I actually did try to turn in my vehicle yo start repairs, I found out (and keep in mind this was weeks later) they still hadn't ordered parts

As someone who was rear-ended by someone without insurance, I was already irritated when I brought my car in to be repaired. However, once there, Bob Allen Ford made the process as seamless as possible for me. Chico worked with me from beginning to end and kept me updated the entire time. He took my calls with enthusiasm, and even helped me out when I had to return my borrowed car before mine was complete. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Bob Allen Ford to anyone.
