My experience with Bob Allen’s Collision Center was very positive! I had an accident in which I collided with two deer, damaging the passenger front corner of my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Bob Allen, and they were able to provide an estimate on the same day. They also communicated very clearly that it was likely that they would find additional damage after beginning the repair. This did turn out to be the case, but I really appreciated their upfront communication, then I was not caught off guard when they notified me of the additional damage they found. My vehicle was with Bob Allen for a little over two weeks, and they did a great job. Can’t even tell it happened!

I have had my auto just a few hours but it looks very nice. The B Allen folks are nice and helpful. I am perplexed at having to pay 3% to use a credit card. That’s bad!!!
