I primarily worked with Chico who was friendly, prompt, and courteous. Other members of the Collision Center staff that I interacted with were Mary and Kevin. Both were very helpful with my inquiries. When problems were encountered, Chico offered numerous solutions and kept me up to date on the whole process. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, it was freshly washed even though the car wash on site/nearby was down. Very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend to others!
