Hello I received a great experience wirh my car getting repaired after a someone it from the back. Bob Ben collision fixed my back bumper and find mistakes when getting fixed from the last time it was repaired at another company the color was the exact color,the alinement was exact fitting.Ben was very professional he will call me and let me know the steps on where there at the moment and whats going on with insurance after it was finish he walked me to my car and explained everything to me and why water was getting in my trunk and he apologized when I had to come back because the mechanic had to adjust rear backup camera.Thank you Ben for great customer service and the person that fixed my bumber.

The repair was great, however, my appraisal guy seemed a bit shady as he was telling me ways to get the insurance company to send me a check personally . Didn’t really understand it and didn’t want to; just wanted my car fixed. When I came to pick the car up, no one did a walkthrough with me , it was just your car it out there and swipe here.
