My Baby, my car, was side swiped while she was parked so I sent it to Bob Bell on Eastern Ave. After being there a month, I went to pick her up and My Baby was a mess. The paint job was horrible, there was dirt in the paint, lumps all over the driver side door and front fender. You could see the paint where it had ran down the fender, the hood felt like sandpaper from the paint over spray and they had put a dent in it. My sensors did not work and my cameras showed half a picture with a blue screen at the top. When I turned the steering wheel it sounded like I was rubbing up against something, I did adjust that and it sounded better but needless to say it still was not right. They had screws in my fender near the mud flap that were not tight and was screwed in crooked, it was a mess. The body shop destroyed my car. I wish I had taken pictures of her before it got dark. I was totally dissatisfied with the work and will never bring another car of mine there for repair.

Body work was done well. Interior detailing was not. The debris left by the car thief, including drug paraphernalia was still in the door pockets and rear cargo area of the vehicle. Exterior was covered with body shop dust that had bonded to the clear coat on the roof and hood. A professional car was wouldn’t even remove it.

No one seemed to be able to correctly coordinate the insurance company’s payments with the repairs. I was told 3 times over the 4 months that it took to complete the repairs and cleanup, that I had received the first and largest check from Allstate. When in fact, it was received promptly by your company.
