UPON FIRST VISIT TO BOB JOHNSON COLLISION BUILDING, THE FIRST BUILDING BEHIND YOUR RETAIL STORE IS TOTALLY UNMARKED FOR CUSTOMERS FIRST VISIT, RESULTING IN MY WAITING NEARLY 15 MINUTES IN MY CAR, BEFORE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME TO GO TO NEXT BUILDING IN BACK. VERY POOR.
