Lady at counter is fine, lady in corner is clearly aggravated with her life or job and is just plain rude. which unfortunately looks bad on the entire operation. Mgr was very courteous also but it took over 6 wks to get parts and small repair from start to finish.

I realize there are always unexpected delays with service, but I our case we were promised the vehicle in 3 days and it took over a week to get it back. We were never notified of the delay in getting the repairs completed. Would have been nice if someone would gave at least contacted us with what was going on. We had to initiate the contact to find out.
