I mentioned when I dropped off the car that some of the broken pieces were in the back and was told that they would get rid of the. The were still there. Also, I was not given any instructions when I picked it up. (I.e. for washing new paint)

I agreed to text notifications - but do wish there was a bit more outreach from Bob Mickey to the customer letting them know what is going on. I dropped my car off, received a text confirming so, then reached back out 8 days later as I had received no update as to what was taking place. Would have been nice to be a bit more in the loop.

At all the body work I've ever had to have on dealing with different body shops might have to bed in a car business for years is a car hauler and my girlfriend's pride been in 6 accidents this is probably the most disappointing I've had out of anybody shop any experience

Chad gave me a very realistic explanation of the timeline for repairs and different possibilities (parts delays etc). He definitely under promised and over delivered. When it was close to done, Sean (Shawn?) worked with me to get it picked up 15 minutes after closing. Thank you so much!! I've already recommended Bob Mickey to others.
