The damage was fixed but there were more damages that was caused at the shop. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told that I'd have to get my insurance involved even though the damages were caused there. Very dissatisfied and will not be using Bob Mickey Collision off Center Point Road ever again

We had the chance to select a different shop but we had a great first visit and happy to return.

This is our second visit to the shop due to a second incident with a deer this winter. Both experiences were the same, excellent! From the estimate visit, scheduling and when the work was completed. Communication is very helpful and appreciated. The car was returned fixed, clean (inside and out) We are very pleased with our experience. We just hope that we don’t need their help anytime soon.

Kurt was great. The whole process really seamless. I don't remember having to sign anything though I am sure I did. The logistics was great. I just dropped off the rental at Bob Mickey's and the return of the was taken care of for me. I was really surprised by how the whole process was so easy. Probably have been spoiled
