This was our first time dealing with Bob Mickey Collision. We are very impressed and pleased with the process. I was called to set up an appointment after reporting my deer accident with our insurance company. The estimate time was appropriate. We set a time for the repair, just a few days later. They estimated three days for the repair and told us how to set up a rental car if needed. We received an email each day to update on the repairs and the estimated completion time. Repairs were made on time and the car looked great. The interior was cleaned and the outside was clean as well. I’m saying that they delivered more than I expected and did it in the expected time. Very nice.
