I've had occasion to need a Collision Center twice before. Unfortunately it was not the best experience. I was absolutely impressed with the high level of professionalism, attention to detail, consistent communication, positive attitude, and the end result at Bob Mickey Collision Center. In 30+ years of driving, I'd never hit a deer. I was fearful my Kia Sportage would be totalled. But I received a call from Chad Wurster, the same day it was towed there. It was fixable! When I picked it up the next week, I almost didn't recognize my Kia, it looked better than when I bought it, like the damage never happened. It looked & smelled like a new car! Chad went the extra mile, & even had the spot of missing paint touched up on the hood (old damage), and confirmed I was satisfied with the end results before I drove away. Start to finish, it was an unexpectedly good experience, thanks to the extraordinary team at Bob Mickey! It was SO helpful to have just one contact person, instead of being bounced around. I highly recommend you!!! Your my first choice for future repairs! Thank you!!!
