The only reason I chose bob tyler was that I was having a 2015 toyota repaired. I did get a toyota windshield not oem so that's a plus.

The repair quality was satisfactory. When I first picked up my car, it was missing the front window tint and the trim pieces on the a pillars were hanging loose. The back trim pieces were over sprayed with some black paint, and the entire truck was filthy inside! It was a 2015 and practically brand new when I dropped it off. I brought it back to have it cleaned, not much better. I also noticed the tailgate would not close easily due to a wire harness clip hanging lose and the weather tight camper shell leaks horribly now. Hopefully the paint and finish hold up well because it seems like a decent job now. What kind of shop presents a vehicle dirty and with trim pieces loose? Those should be the easiest things to get right.

YOU JUST NEED TYHE CAPACITY TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE COLLISION CENTER. BY THE TIME ONE HAS TO COORDINATE THE DELIVERY, PICKUP OF CAR, RENT A CAR OR COORDINATE A RIDE, COMMUNICATIONS DURING THE REPAIR PERIOD, INSPECTION, DISCUSSION, INSURANCE ETC, THE INCONVIENCE TO NOT PAY BY CC WAS A PISSER.
