We are in a new convenient location less than a mile south of Bob Utter Ford Lincoln Kia in Sherman TX. Our new facility has the latest equipment with on site parts warehouse and over 25,000 square feet of space. We are Ford Aluminum Certified, I-CAR Aluminum, and Steel welding certified and work with all insurance companies.

My problem for the most part was not with the collision center but with the service center instead of sending my deceased father’s nice pickup (mine now) to the collision center the service center decided to hold on to my truck for almost a month trying me to pay for other repairs on my truck. I brought the truck in because it was in an accident easy fix i thought. Absolutely disgusting that they would hold my truck for that long just letting it sit. After I headed to the collision center and talking with Paul we finally got on the right track, Paul said they got the truck April 3rd and I dropped the truck off at the service center March 8th due to the insurance company giving the wrong info about where to drop the truck off. I will try my best to never go to any of the utter family establishments ever again!!!
