Our goal in this repair facility is to keep every customer satisfied with there needs. Bob's autobody is a family owned business that has been in business since 1960. We offer complete body repairs and mechanical repairs as well. We keep out shop updated with all the necessary equipment needed for repairs. We provide high level of communication throughout the process including calling customer's with updates as well as texts and emailing with our customers.

The staff and workers at Bob's were fantastic. First, they put me at ease that they would handle the repairs and get me back in my car as soon as possible but still take their time to do a great job. They explained in detail and in a way i could understand what was wrong with the car and kept me updated on where the were in the repairs. When I picked up the car I was shown pictures and told to drive the car to make sure I was satisfied. Louie and the crew are the best.

Trust is my main concern when recommending anything to anyone. I trust that BOB'S will be honest with their quote, need of repairs, do a great job. I also I expect respect of me as a person and customer and I received that and those are just a few reasons why I would recommend BOB'S to my friends and family.

BOB'S Auto treats it's customers like family. They explained every step of the process with me in terms I could understand. They made sure I was informed on the progress of my repairs and when I picked up my car the wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Louie and the staff are great. I walked in worried and nervous about my car and walked out with a feeling secure that things will be ok.
