Body work was great. Continuing problem with the brake assist and lane assist. I think some sensors were damaged or dislodged and were not repaired.

Overall it is a very reliable body shop that has great customer service. It's just this time around the repairs did not meet my expectations.

I've taken my vehicles to Bob's Auto body in the past and I was always extremely pleased with the quality and outstanding results they have provided. In fact this is the second time my 2000 Ford Excursion Bob's Auto body has worked on it. I must say that this time I was a bit disappointed with the results of the repairs preformed. The Driver side fender has minor visible body filler strokes that were over looked... And one dimple as well. When comparing passenger fender to the driver side fender it is visually seen that the driver side is not perfectly aligned like the passenger side. A brand new front bumper was installed and the valance panel does not fit completely flush to the bumper. These are minor observations that noticed upon receiving my vehicle. The date of loss on the insurance claim was 12/13/21 and my repair date was on 02/28/22 I received my vehicle on 03/03/22 I purposely chose to wait that amount of time to have the repairs performed by Bob's Auto body because my standards were extremely high specifically. Overall, a good job was done to my Excursion. However, just not a outstanding job as I was expecting.
