I expected a much different experience. I never received a single update phone call from Bob's, not even after bringing the vehicle back because the shop failed to repair my car the first time. Absolutely will never return, nor recommend this service to anyone.

Good customer service and turn around time. There was a question about the stripe on car which was on car before accident but not there since new bumper was put on.
