First and most important, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion and were well done. I also appreciated the text message updates that kept me informed of the progress. When I picked my car up, I didn't feel like I was at an automotive repair shop at all. The office was very clean and bright. Everybody I dealt with was friendly, patient with my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help as much as they could.
