Let's see where do I start? How about we begin with the amount of time it took to complete the work. A relatively simple bumper replacement took 17 days. Also, whoever prepped the car for paint did a sloppy job with the masking tape. The line that was left after it was painted does not look good. Parts that should have been ordered on day one, were ordered after 2 weeks of already working on the car. This caused a delay and the completion date was changed to a week later. Overall the experience was not ideal. I suppose it's my fault for having cheap insurance. I was very limited on choices on where to take my car. I was forced to take my vehicle to a shop that my insurer stated was in network. If I picked my own shop, they only would cover up to %80. I learned a lesson from this experience. Cheaper insurance equals lower monthly bills, but bigger headaches if you get in an accident. Younger drivers, please use this information when insuring your first car. Pay a little more up front, it will be better in the end.
