Cochran was able to get my vehicle in quickly, but the repairs took 3 weeks to complete. I think that is too long. In 49 years of driving, it is the longest that I have ever had to wait for vehicle body repairs. I picked the vehicle up in the rain this afternoon, so as far as I can tell at this point, the job appears to be fine. In better weather, I will look at it closer. Cochran's employees were very pleasant and very responsive.

The paint is very rough feeling like there's dirt in the paint and the inside of the car was not cleaned at all and everything was covered in dust.

When I picked up my truck, all of my floor mats in the truck were just tossed everywhere and also they were to repair my tailgate and it wasn’t none

There was a white residue all over the inside of the hatch. Not sure what it was, but it smeared when I tried to clean it off. I found four orange rings laying there too.
