Body by Cochran Butler county is the newest addition to the Body by Cochran group. This acquisition came simultaneously as #1 Cochran purchased the Chevrolet and Nissan stores on RT 19 in Zelienople. Body by Cochran has a long standing history in the Pittsburgh and surrounding market. The process started on a positive note. I got regular feedback and I did make one phone call and actually got to speak to someone. Then I got a text message that my car was done. So I called Grace to see when I could pick it up and I left a message. This was at the end of the day on Tuesday the 21st. No one called me back so I called again the next morning on Wednesday the 22nd. Left another voicemail. Finally I found another number to call and it was an AI generated response. So that went back-and-forth for a while. I was not happy at all with the AI generated response. I should not have had to been proactive to determine when I could pick up my car. Someone from body by Cochrane should’ve reached out to me, especially after I left two messages.

The repair was good. No problems. But as I stated in a previous survey, I was disappointed with a whole pick up process. I left a couple messages. No one called me back. Finally I found a phone number to call and it was an AI generated conversation. Not the way you want to end a transaction.

Communication could have been better. Dripped off on a Monday had to call Friday for an update. Asked to have it done NLT the following Monday and when called was still in “disassemble”. Express my need and had to call on Monday and was then told it would be done. Went to pick up and back hatch was out of alignment. Was corrected. Should have been done right without me having to point out

Very poorly cleaned after the repairs car looked like it was cleaned with a shop broom this was brought to the shops attention the inside of the car was wiped down with a wet dirty rag the dent removal was excellent very poor detail work
