* Never rang me to say part had come in (delay of 20 days). * Failed to observe wrong part was delivered. * Replaced only some of side panel rivets. * Failed to adjust hood spacing. Had enough, taking my business elsewhere.

Our personal belongings were all bagged and put on the back of the vehicle, we are now going to have to go through everything. I also plan to return a bottle of window cleaner that was left in the vehicle.

The body shop tried to pass off work that was unprofessional,orange peal in paint, ant dirt specs as well. the shop ordered wrong parts twice, the car is still not done even though I have paid and signed paperwork. Also there is no comunication from your establishment. I had to call and track down the status on my vehicle. I have used body by Scotty a few times usually a delight to work with. If this had been my first experience I would not have returned.
