The body shop removed many parts from the vehicle prior to obtaining authorization and then placed them into the back of the vehicle where there is a great chance that some of the interior panels could be damaged. They were informed to put the car back together for towing and when taken to the right repair shop, they off loaded onto the ground where the ground was contacting the frame.
