I was only dissatisfied because they stated they ordered parts and they were there when i my car arrived, but found out the day it was supposed to be given back that they had the wrong part. This should had been noticed when they first received my car. Other then that, Body by scotty was absolutely amazing and kept me appraised every step of the way if what was going on!
