Some places on my roof look worse now than they did. Possibly media used to repair the damage but left a milky substance where you can see swirls where maybe buffing happened. Other than that, seems fine thus far and the customer service was good

From the start everything was well coordinated and professional. As far as the repair goes , I was embarrassed to even go anywhere with it dented but after the repair it looks brand new again. Extremely pleased with Body Works Collision management and technicians.
