We travel from Virginia for help with an issue that no one could figure out in Virginia and the Piedmont Triad in North Carolina on our 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Body Works Plus Collision Repair Center did an outstanding job on our FJ. They were very friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The repair work was top quality and completed when they said it would be. I was really surprised how Brian the owner called afterwards to check with us and gave his Team all the credit. At my age I never seen the attention to detail and passion about the job they do and how it stays so organized. I normally don’t leave reviews, but Body Works Plus Collision Repair Center deserves one. They treated me with respect and made me feel like an important customer, not just another job. Great service and quality work. Highly recommend!

The repair quilts itself was great. However, I’ve a found a very large scratch on back fender of repaired side of the vehicle. Based off the length and consistency of scratch and the fact it zig zags in some spots I can only think the back end of a tool caught the fender while painting. It’s pretty hard to see unless in light but it’s there. If I could upload a picture or video I would.

Body Works Plus did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y, working with my insurance, and making sure it was safe and ready to drive again after a minor tailgate dent that happened unattended in a parking lot. The repair was much more extensive than I anticipated due to all of Tesla's specific safety features needing to be calibrated but it was well done by the shop and it looks as good as new. The office team was great to work with, very friendly, and kept me informed along the way.
