The process was very smooth and they did a great job completing all repairs associated with my claim. The only thing that would have made it better would be taking care of a few small scratches I asked to be removed. And even better would be a car wash, so that it looked new. Especially since the instructions say not to go to car wash for 90 days. But I’m overall satisfied
