Great work on my car- they went above and beyond and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the quick communication and constant updates on my repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took on communication with the insurance company which I really appreciated. Overall- top notch service and work- would highly recommend.

I recently visited this body shop for repairs to the front bumper of my Volkswagen Jetta, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very helpful and kept me informed throughout every step of the process. They provided regular updates on pricing and even cleaned my car before pickup and the paint work was excellent . I highly recommend this body shop you won’t be disappointed.

High quality repairs, good availability, and great communication would lead me to recommend bodyworks plus to a friend. If that friend however was trying to pay for repairs out of pocket versus insurance, I would encourage them to really scrutinize the initial estimate as the overall repair came in very expensive.

So far from what I can tell the repair quality is excellent. The reason I rate this a nine is that there are dirty handprints on the otherwise spotless cloth around the ceiling/ moonroof. This may not be visible if the car had been older, but since it was a brand new vehicle, the hand/fingerprints are noticable.

Great communication, friendly service. An area that could be improved would be pre-ordering parts that are expected to break. There was a slight delay caused for for a late order of parts (windshield) that wasn't initially damaged. When I asked why the windshield needed to be repaired, I was told that with our type of car removing and reinstalling the windshield often and breaks it. If this is a likely outcome, perhaps the windshield should be proactively ordered and canceled if not needed in order to avoid an unnecessary delay in returning the car to the customer.
