I thought the rental car would be arranged and it wasn't. Everyone was very nice, just took longer than expected. Also, online status sounds nice but after pictures were posted the first day (Monday), there were no more updates until I called Friday morning.

i had trouble with the insurance company regarding the rental car. there were a lot of unknowns during this process and i had to call to be kept apprised of where things stood regarding the repairs. the website was not updated in real time.
