I am satisfied with the work and the way you have dealt with my insurance company, my only issue was with communication. Over the weeks that my car was with you, I requested multiple times for a copy of your estimate so I could ensure it matched with the insurance estimate, I never received it. And, I was unaware that the repairs were started on my car until it was almost finished. The website that showed progress was not updated regularly or with regular pictures as was promised when I brought my car in originally. Again, the work looks great, and I think having the car cleaned inside was a fabulous touch. I was very impressed with that.
