The communication about the status of our car was amazing - proactive rather than reactive. Everyone was factual and straightforward while being pleasant the whole time. Hopefully we don’t have to use them again, but they’re at the top of our list if we ever do!

They did less work than planned but charged more money.

The rating would be higher had they not double charged me. They told me an insurance check was coming to me and asked me to pay that amount. I never got the check and about two weeks later saw on the insurance companies website that they cashed said check and never reached out to me. This does not seem like the most honest way to run a business. Maybe they are just poorly organized and don’t know they inappropriately have my money?

I will have to say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I have owned many cars and have seen many collision repair shops and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I feel there are areas that were not addressed by the repairs even though we reviewed the vehicle. Also, you said you would clean and detail the interior and that was not done. I heard positive reviews but I came away disappointed

I had unique repair situation with my Tesla and BWP handled all the challenges with Tesla well. They made sure everything was perfect before releasing the car back to me which I appreciate. The car looks amazing!
