MeLisa was nice and courteous and the work seemed well executed. I really appreciated the detail work that was done afterwards. My only concern was the amount of time it took for the actual work to get started. I would have appreciated more transparency around the shop's capacity / schedule because I would have gladly waited a few days if it meant having the rental car for less time. Overall, it was a great experience.
