Found them through a friend, and I am incredibly grateful. The entire staff is top notch, from the front office to the mechanics. They are honest and communicative, which is highly rare for a body shop. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest... But worth every penny.

From the initial phone inquiry to the day that the repair work was completed, Rachel and Christine in Customer Service were always polite, patient, supportive, and informative. Extremely helpful. Not sure this survey will cover ownership of Body Works Plus therefore I'll comment here. Brian Davies was also extremely helpful with meeting with my husband and myself, patiently answering our numerous questions particularly when making the decision to repair or send to salvage. I'm impressed with all departments of Body Works Plus. No wonder the shop ranks # 1 in Charlotte.

It's tricky as both vehicles have faced delays. The VW was understandable. However the Ford F150 bumper should have been a very simple fix. My truck also came back with damage on the side.
