Was disappointed that I was told to bring car in right away because they had capacity and then car sat basically two weeks with no activity. Unfortunately with car rental coverage only for 30 days, I feel I could have driven my car a while and brought it back when ready to disassemble and begin working on it. Feels like I lost 14 days of rental while car sat at the shop.

I appreciate the extent to which the team took their time to make sure my car was perfected after I was hit. I also was happy with the consistent communication I was provided by the staff. They kept me updated every step of the way. I also appreciate their suggestions of a diminished value representative and for their courtesy in allowing rental drop offs at the body shop. All made the procedure as painless as possible for me!
