The repair was about 3 weeks late. I'm ok with that if it means the work is done right, but would have preferred more updates to the status and what to expect regarding delays on completion date so I could plan accordingly.

My repairs were handled professionally and in accordance with the OEM’s specifications. They found and repaired significant damage, including to advanced driver safety systems, that the insurance adjuster overlooked. I’ll rest easy knowing that Body Works Plus completed the repairs with my family’s safety in mind.

Very good job! Car delivered to my house since we had no way to pick it up. It was however lengthy process to get the car repaired. I suppose that has to do with Tesla's turn around time for parts shipment (not Body Shop issue)
