Body Works Plus is the best in Charlotte as far as I'm concerned. The only reason I rate them an "8" this time is because the repairs took seemingly way too long this time. I understand that the industry has changed related to getting parts on a timely basis. I know this must be tough for BW+ to manage related to customer satisfaction. The quality of their work product is a "10" in my opinion. Always superior.
