The work is great. I am really happy. Sarah is managing the office alone, and she did apologize for my car not being ready when promised. I understand and accept that. I had canceled some plans I had to be able to get my car and then it wasn't ready. It might be too much for one person to juggle everything - office manager, estimator, customer service, etc. I would recommend Bodylines, but with some caveats.

I was told my car would be ready at 4:30pm. I returned my rental that afternoon and arrived at the shop before 5pm. My car was not ready and I had not been called or texted to let me know. I did have a ride home, but it was after noon the following day before it was ready - and, of course, I had no rental car.
