The shop and Chris made this process incredibly easy. They gave me a full explanation of the assessment and estimate. They also kept me updated throughout the process with regular updates via text and phone. The repairs look great - like new! And they stayed on schedule, completing repairs on time. Couldn’t say enough good things about BodyShop Express!

I would not recommend the shop for repairs. The staff was friendly, but the actual repair experience was disappointing, especially since the vehicle was returned with the check engine light on and significant noise.

The team was nice and helpful, and I appreciate their customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the repairs. My vehicle was involved in an accident and was brought to this shop for repairs. I was without my car for a month, and unfortunately, the mechanical issues were not properly resolved. I had to deal with another repair shop and my insurance company, which added even more stress and frustration to an already difficult situation. When I finally picked up my car, I drove home and the check engine light came on. I also immediately noticed a lot of noise coming from underneath the vehicle. At that point, I was extremely frustrated because it was clear that my car was still having mechanical problems and had not been properly repaired. I chose this shop because of the great reviews, so I was very disappointed that my experience was completely different from what I had read from other customers. I expected my vehicle to be repaired properly and returned to me in safe, working condition. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the repair experience. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a month-long ordeal, additional expenses, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I expected much better based on the reputation and reviews of this shop.

The initial price concern was answered by excellent work, down to the last unexpected detail. If you think your car should be repaired don’t risk an o.k. Job, get it done right. Experts work here, and they make sure to make it show. Beyond just peace of mind, the work of Bodyshop Express is that good. You see it with your eyes. Feel it as you drive. …. Don’t take the confidence boost from making the right choice for granted. Good relationships like this are not something that happen by accident.
