Was very excited during estimating and check in, apparently there was some miss communication along the way!? Thought we’d have our car looking like new when done. A few items did not get handled as expected and may need to return to have a couple things corrected. Might help to advise your customers mark blemishes during check in to eliminate concerns with finished product.

Really enjoyed working with Arthur and everyone there as they are all very professional and helpful. Very buttoned-down business, thorough and detail-oriented. They always answer the phone, return calls and do their best to represent the car owners' interests. Hate having damage to the car, but was impressed with their work and people.

They gave me a good explanation of the car damage. They seeked the used parts as I requested. The pricing is very transparent- the rates are posted on the wall. They gave me a ride home. They cleaned my car. The paint quality is great - the newly painted parts' color looks exactly like the rest of my car. I was even shown the damaged parts that were removed as a proof that all the work done was necessary to get my car perfect.

Every thing about Bodytech was incredible. The way I was treated by Nanak and Arthur was over and beyond excellent. I particularly liked how the Estimator Arthur constantly kept me informed. The Subaru looks like a brand new vehicle. Great job by all Body Shop individuals who worked on my car.

Body tech went above and beyond what one would expect. I needed someone that understood our unique situation and cared enough to do everything they could to help. Body tech and staff were kind and caring. For us our van was not just our means of transportation, it was the only vehicle that we could use to transport my disabled sister in.
