I still need the front bumper of my car fixed. Edgar was supposed to call me with a discounted price. I called to find out the price. I was told he would be getting back with me. I still have not heard from him. Very disappointing!

Not only were they incredible from the moment I arrived to help with checking in my car after a bad accident, they gave me daily status reports with a tracker to monitor progress. Edgar was on top of everything, answering all my questions, providing comfort, and truly made the experience wonderful! Karla was so lovely and helpful!
