I was completely satisfied with the entire repair process. Yesenia kept me informed every step of the way, explaining each stage of the repairs clearly and making sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. There was one minor miscommunication between the insurance company and me, but Yesenia quickly stepped in to clarify the situation and resolve the issue. The misunderstanding was not her fault, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. The repairs were completed professionally and in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service I received. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision and would highly recommend them to others.

Edgar was outstanding. From greeting me when I first brought my car in and going over everything and what they were going to do and explaining it to me in such detail, and keeping me updated throughout the whole process so I knew when my car was ready. The work is outstanding the people that work there at Caliber Collision put their heart and soul into it you can tell by the craftsmanship from what your car look like when you brought it in to what it looks like when you drive it out. If I ever get into an accident again which I hope I don't Caliber Collision is going to be my first and only choice. Thank you Edgar for all that you did and for making the process a very unstressful and easy experience.

The customer service was professional and reaponsive. The only issue I had was on my original pick up date. I did not get notification that my car would not be ready until the night before which I had already made plans to use it. My car was delayed for another week
