Excellent customer service, from obtaining the estimate to completion of repair. Worked with Suni and Ray, both were very professional and friendly. I appreciated the text updates advising the work progress and timeline. The repair was completed ahead of schedule the work was beautiful. I was especially surprised and pleased with how well the interior was cleaned. I have struggled in my attempts to eliminate the embedded fir needles on the driver side floor and the Collision 1 crew went above and beyond to do that for me. That extra touch was extraordinary. A+ all around. I would highly recommend Bonney Lake Collision 1.
