The communication was abysmal! The professional was nil at best. My vehicle was in limbo for two weeks with reason as to why. I was not given a reason as to what exactly took so long to repair my vehicle. I also would have appreciated a video or photos of the issue. I'm extremely disappointed at how this appointment was handled from start to finish.
