The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the length of time it took to do the repair. I was originally told it would be "about a week," and after I dropped off the car was first quoted 10 days via a text message, and continued to be told this via text for a week. Instead, it was 17 days. It wasn't a huge inconvenience by any means, because I was in a nice rental car, but it did leave things a bit up in the air for me for the last week, as I was traveling and needed to know on which day to get back to town to pick it up. The car itself looks excellent, and the repairs, as always has been our experience with Borkowski, are extremely well done. Overall it's been a pleasure to work with you again, and I also appreciate things like the professional manner of the staff, and the spotless waiting room.
