Therecwas a delay getting the work started by at least a week. We turned out car in but could have kept it another week and used it instead of the rental car, which we did not like. However, they did not inform us of the delay until we inquired about the status of the repair progress. we understood the reason for the delay, but it would’ve been nice to continue driving our car while they were not going to be working on it anyway..
