I get it that no one loves my vehicle more than I do. But this very much felt like a transaction between my Insurance company and the collision repair shop. This is my truck. This is my money. I deserve to know what is happening every step of the process, good or bad. I need to feel like the companies I choose to do business with have my back.

I have a lot of vibration in the right rear. Did not have that when I took the vehicle in. Also the interior of my vehicle was pretty dirty when I picked it up. Seats floor mats and carpet, etc.
